QUESTION: What happens if I am not happy with my order?
ANSWER: I apologize if you are not happy.  Please e-mail me immediately at info@crispmtndesigns.com.  I will respond within 24 hours and work with you to find a solution. 

QUESTION: Is it possible to get a frame with my print?
ANSWER: Currently, I only offer prints without frames.  This way you can choose the exact frame for your new print locally. 

QUESTION: How long before I receive my print/canvas?
ANSWER: You should get your print within 7 to 14 days.  You will receive a tracking number once your print/canvas has shipped.  

QUESTION: Will you be adding items?
ANSWER: I will be adding more items.  Stay tuned in the coming weeks and months you will see more products with my designs on them.  If you would like to stay in the loop with what is going on at Crisp Mtn Designs join my mailing list.  I promise not to spam you.
